While he was working with me, Kathy was cleaning my wife's teeth. I am a retired CPS teacher and our problem solving skills with students were for them always be critical thinkers. My dental hygienist Kathy was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain to me everything she was doing. I had an early morning appointment and was seen immediately when I arrived for my appointment. The front desk staff was very nice. After my cleaning Dr Alder came and examined my teeth and talked to me about a concern I’m having with my teeth. . I was so very excited when I found out where Dr Alder was practicing. This was my first time at this dentist. My dentist just left with out notice and my daughters and I hadnt seen a dentist in 1.5 yrs. I called because my daughter was having tooth pain and they offered us an appt SAME DAY! They were very friendly and informative. My 10 year old daughter was not happy when she found out we were going to the dentist but before we left she was very cooperative, smiling, and holding conversations with the staff. They even have membership packages available that allow you to pay monthly so that the cost of check ups and cleanings are too much all at once.

First, I love Dr. Alder and his entire staff! He is the best dentist in town; your teeth are in great hands here. He gives the most painless root canal. He keeps his equipment up to date so he’s able to give a comprehensive exam of your mouth. I drive 36 miles to see him; he’s that good. This was my first visit since the Covid-19 pandemic, so I had missed a couple of routine dental visits and only felt comfortable to be in that close proximity of someone after getting myself fully covid vaccinated. The staff there made me feel very safe from the moment I arrived. Nicole & her staff are well organized in that you get detailed instructions via text on what to do when you arrive to the parking lot. Inside, you’re greeted by staff in full PPE, mask properly covering nose and mouth, with a face shield. There’s hand sanitizer at the entrance, your temp is taken, the soles of your feet are sprayed so your not tracking potential covid germs indoors, you’re given a hair net and your belongings are placed inside a plastic bag. I felt very safe and I felt bad hadn’t gone sooner, but my dental hygienist, Kathy is simply the best and my cleaning was amazing!!

None of us would trust anyone else to do the work he does. Even when I had a job that didnt provide dental insurance, his office had a special plan in place to make sure I did not go without my every 6 month dental exam. Everyone in the office is also fantastic. Nichole always addresses anything I may call in about and sends me emails of records or paperwork I need. Kathy is my dental hygienist, and my teeth just sparkle after I see her. My best friend started seeing Dr. Alder as well! Additionally I must note, the office takes such great precautions regarding COVID. You cannot do a telehealth dental appointment, so they make sure safety and health are maintained.
